Farah Khan reveals her cook Dilip feels Celebrity Masterchef Gaurav Khanna will take his job; the latter says 'I don’t have job and I don’t mind staying here'

Celebrity MasterChef winner Gaurav Khanna recently joined filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan on her YouTube show, bringing laughter, candid moments, and a hint of friendly kitchen rivalry.
During the fun-filled episode, Farah revealed that her long-time cook Dilip felt a bit insecure after Gaurav’s appearance. She said, “Dilip ka self-confidence hil gaya hai. Whenever any chef or MasterChef comes, he thinks his job is at stake.Because everyone wants to leave their job and do Dilip’s job!”
Gaurav playfully responded, “Actually, I don’t mind staying here. I don’t have a job right now, so I was thinking I can stay here if you want.” To which Farah replied with a laugh, “You don’t have to work here. You can come whenever you want, and I will cook for you!”

The conversation touched on Gaurav’s experience during the competition. Farah recalled how he was so passionate that he would continue working in the kitchen even after shooting ended, leaving the team waiting. “The team would be worried because they could only go home after he left,” she shared.
Farah also brought up a moment when she had refused to taste one of his dishes during the show. Gaurav admitted, “I felt as if I had made some blunder.” He had served a mezze platter with lavash, sugarcane chutney, baba ghanoush, and fried brinjals to impress—but thankfully, he redeemed himself by making a delicious veg biryani and chhole for Farah this time.
Speaking about life post-MasterChef, Gaurav said, “It has changed quite a bit. People are praising me and seem surprised.” On whether contestants spoke behind each other's backs, he quipped, “All of them were good with me. Ab apas mein hai toh I don’t know (laughs).”
Gaurav recently won the Celebrity Masterchef trophy along with Rs 20 lakh cash and also Chef’s coat.
